Mr. William T. Hutcheson, age 91, of Vidalia, died Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at his home after an extended illness.  He was born in Treutlen County and lived most of his life in Toombs County.   He worked at the Palmetto Box Company in Vidalia for several years, was a U.S. Army veteran, and was a member of First Assembly of God of Vidalia. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Todd Hutcheson; his parents, Neal and Mittie Smith Hutcheson; and one brother, Jim L. Hutcheson.

Mr. Hutcheson is survived by a brother-in-law, Toby Todd and Betty Kate of Vidalia; sister-in-law, Annie Lewis of Cleveland, Tennessee; and cousins, Barbara Mixon and Grady Mixon of Vidalia, and Earline Mobley of Dothan, Alabama.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, April 28th at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor David Knight and Reverend Larry Gooden officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
