South Thompson Community,

Tony “T.T.” Lumley, age 16, of the South Thompson Community, died Friday, September 18, 2015.  He was a lifelong resident of Toombs County, a junior at Toombs County High School, and enjoyed being a member of the FFA.  Recently he learned to read music, and play the banjo.  He was a loving father.

Tony is survived by one son, Tony Danny Lumley of Cedar Crossing; parents, Tony and Lisa Lumley of South Thompson; one sister, Nichole Coursey of Lyons; one brother, Trinton Cole Lumley of South Thompson; maternal grandmother, Dona Lee Herndon; maternal grandfather, J.W. Daniel both of Treutlen County; paternal grandparents, “Jr.” and Annette Denmark of Gray’s Landing; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 23rd at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Steven Toole officiating.  Burial will follow in the Cedar Crossing Church of God Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 until 8:00.
