Jimmy, We are so sad to hear of the death of Nan. She was such a dear friend to us and we will miss her so much. I looked forward every month to seeing her at our DFAC meetings. We always talked about Ally and the boys and what was going on with them. We are out of town and will not be able to be with all of you at visitation and the funeral, but we want you to know that we hold you close in our hearts and prayers. Please call us if there is ANYTHING we can do for you. We love you.

Such a generous soul. We thought so much of Nan; as a classmate (of Glenn's) and because of her kind and gentle spirit. Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers are with you, Jimmy.

I do not have a childhood memory that doesn't have Mrs. Nan and Mr. Jimmy in them. Her sweet spirit was shared with every child that ever visited 1st UMC. From trips to camp meetings to lock-ins or just Sunday morning. I look back now and see her always smiling. The world lost an awesome Godly woman but Heaven has gained one. Thank you Lord for working through Mrs. Nan all these years and sharing her with all of us.
My heart is filled with sorrow...and joy.... Because she will be missed. But she would be the first to say... The Lord says " Do not have sorrow in my passing for I have gone to be with the Father in Heaven". and she is in Heaven.
Love you all.

Jimmy, I am so saddened to hear of Nan's passing. We have such a history beginning in early childhood. Her parents, Hudson and Mutt, were very close friends of my parents. We spent many times together playing and talking throughout our early childhood. As we grew up, I watched Nan grow into a wonderful adult whose love for others never failed. She was always an inspiration to me and I was thrilled when she yelled out to me at the last Community Chorus presentation. We spent a few quality minutes together that I will treasure forever. Our hearts are heavy, but we all know Nan is in God's hands and will never suffer again. Know my thoughts and prayers are with you as you face tomorrow without her by your side.

Nan was one of my dearest friends. We were supervisors at DFCS for over 30 years. We shared many good times together and some sad times. The happiest I ever saw Nan is when Chase and Zack came into her life. She was a very giving and loving person and I am a better person today because she was my friend. I love Nan
