My sweet guy, I love you so much! I can't believe you don't walk in the door every day. Eric doesn't quite understand but said he misses you and misses fishing with you. I told him you are in heaven with Jesus, Uncle Victor and Grammy Phillips. I have been with you almost every day since you walked up to me at the train station and kissed me. It was like we had known each other all our lives. We couldn't believe we had lived so close and never got together before. I just miss you and am heartbroken. My dad loved you like a son and misses laughing with "Murphy". Our lives have been forever changed by your presence. I love you Mercer Cook! ( I know you can hear me say it like I always did)

I met you for the first and only time when I was 12 years old. You were 7. Then you found me again when I was 44. You were 39. You have a great heart. I love you little brother , I will miss you dearly. Logan, and Caroline, and little Brayden wanted me to tell you that they will see you again and rest in peace uncle mercer. I am glad you came to live with me for 2 years before going to Florida. We got to know one another as brother and sister and spend time with one another. I will miss and love you . Til we meet again my brother.
