What wonderful memories I have of Mary Shuman! Both Jim & Julie went to Kiddie Kampus from the time they were two until they entered school. Jim could sometimes exasperate those who taught or kept him, but he never got the best of Mary. There was lots of fire in that pretty, petite woman in those days. She and Jim loved each other. In fact, before her illness took her, she told me she wanted Jim to be a
pallbearer at her funeral. Instead, I'm sure he was close to the front of the line to welcome her to her heavenly home. Mary will have many rewards for the lives she touched for Christ on her earthly journey. I won't be able to go to the visitation & funeral, but my prayers will be lifted for the family of this beautiful, well-loved virtuous woman!

I can't articulate my greatest symphany I have for her family. Thank you for sharing her with the world...she certainly shaped my world through God's love through direct discipleship and mentorship. I was so glad I was able to see her and her daughter's on yesterday.
