Prayers for Tanks Family. I met Mr. Tank last year thru Pastor Reece Mincey. Tank & I shared side by side rooms & Thearpy at Meadows in Vidalia last November. In the short time I knew Mr. Tank it was a Blessing to my life. RIP my friend.

I was their neighbor for years. My father owned the country store there in the community and I would see them all there.... Big Tank, Little Tank, Joan, LaJuan, our children, Mrs. Nita Mae and Mr. Elman. All were good neighbors to have. I sat on the porch many a day and watched the "grass grow" swinging and watching children playing and enjoying the community. These people were all staples in the community and I have a whole lot of "fond' memories of them. May God give y'all the comfort that you need at this time. Know that he is in good company now and has no more sickness nor pain.

Sad to hear about this, Tank's name was heard a lot when I was young. He worked with my Dad, J.C. (Ump) Humphrey, my Uncle Herbert Blaxton and cousins Larry and Pete Blaxton. There were always a lot of good Tank stories.

Tank was a good friend of mine. I tried to get by to see him each time I came home to Toombs County. My prayer is that he will be at rest now, and that his family will carry on for him as he loved life so much. My prayers to all the family. I will be praying for your loss . I was so sorry to read this about Tank. We used to work together many years ago. We put in electrical lines in, thought, around and all kind of ways over the mountains around Burnsville, N.C. we had a good time back then. Tank was a good man to work with. He will be greatly missed! I used to stop at his house when he would be out working in his worm garden, just to talk and laugh a lot!! I will really miss him. May God's peace be with the family during this time in your time!

My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time. Tank was a great heavy equipment operator for Georgia Power for many years. I have fond memories of him both from Gene Register and Barney Hutcheson. I am so sorry for your loss. But he now has two good legs and no longer in pain and is probably discussing every power line that he helped build with Gene, Barney, and Benny Ray!
