Hey Jacob,
Today I heard about you passing away, and it didn't make sense to think you were gone. You never deserved anything bad - only good things. Right now I can still remember seeing your face in the TCMS hallway because you had the most pure and sincere smile. Your heart always felt kind and you carried a respect for others that was very uncommon for your age. You had so much light inside of you, and I know your light will stay in my heart and the hearts of people you loved forever. I wish this didn't happen to you, but instead of focusing on what was lost, I will choose to remember what a blessing your life was while you were here. Thank you for choosing kindness, and I will miss you buddy.

Jacob was the sweet and kind. I remember the first time he came to spend the night with Thomas. I remember telling Thomas that he was going to be a great friend for life. I will miss his smile and his laugh. He was an amazing best friend to my Thomas. My heart aches for your family. You will be in our prayers.

I have the fondest memories of your sweet son. He touch my life everyday while being a student at Lyons Upper Elementary School by gracing our school with his sweet smile and complimentary actions towards me as his school Secretary...... I am ever so thankful to have known him during those years. My heart pours out prayers for all of you during this tragic loss of your precious son.
