I am so sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful lady. My mother, Sybil Smith, worked with her at the factory. Mama really loved her dearly. My prayer is that God will be with each and every family member through this time of sorrow.

Such fond childhood memories flooding my thoughts & tears rolling down my face as I read of Miss Doye's passing. She was the kindest "Mama" to me growing up with Susan, Bob, & Bill (Bat), always treating me like her own. This sweet lady has her wings in heaven now....she always had them here. My thoughts & prayers are with all of you.

We have never met this precious lady, but we reap the benefits of her Christian legacy in our church family with her grandson Chris Bacon and his precious family. Just as Timothy was influenced by the faith of his grandmother Lois, Chris has been influenced by the faith of his grandmother Doye. May God continue to lead and direct her descendants and we look forward to meeting her in Heaven one day!

Susan, Bob and family.... I'm praying that you will find peace in knowing your precious mama isn't struggling any longer and that she is at peace.
