Mr. Willie A. Brinson, age 56, of Mt. Vernon, died Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro after a brief illness. He was a native of Vidalia and lived in Montgomery County most of his life. He was a 1987 graduate of Vidalia High School where he played football and wrestled. He was a truck driver most of his life and worked with Evans Concrete for thirteen years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert Brinson and Barbara Toler Brinson; and a brother, Phillip Larson Brinson.
He is survived by four children, Josh Brinson and wife Terra of Montgomery County, Justice Ryan Brinson of Surrency, Cody Brinson of McNatt Falls, and Lauren Brinson of Toombs County; and four grandchildren, Karmin Johnson, Ivy Brinson, Kasen Brinson, and Kamden Brinson.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday morning, November 21st, 2025, at 11:00 on his property in Montgomery County with Randy McDuffie officiating.
