Wendell Morrison

Mr. Wendell Morrison, age 86, of Lyons, died Thursday, August 1, 2024, at the Community Hospice House in Vidalia, following an extended illness.  He was a lifelong resident of Toombs County and lived in Lyons most of his life.  He was an automotive mechanic and worked for Morris Salvage in Lyons for many years.  He is preceded in death by his parents, John Hill Morrison and Bertha Lee Clifton Morrison; and siblings, Edgar Leon Morrison, Eudean Clara Morrison Mosley, Velma Morrison Newsome, Nathaniel Morrison, Clifton Alex Morrison, John Paul Morrison, and Colon McKinley “Mac” Morrison.

He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

There will be no service.
