Ronnie F. Youmans

Mr. Ronnie F. Youmans, age 72, of New Branch Community, died Sunday, June 19, 2022, at his home after an extended illness.  He was born in Cobbtown, was a 1967 graduate of Lyons High School and lived in Lyons until moving to New Branch in 1985.  He was Terminal Manager for Five Star Trucking Company in Vidalia for several years and retired from Rogers State Prison Farm Services in Reidsville after twenty-three years.  He was a U.S. Army veteran and enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Felston Youmans and Marie O. Chalker Youmans; three brothers, Jimmy Youmans, Danny Youmans and John Youmans.

His family includes his wife, Debbie Usher Youmans of New Branch; three children, Shannon Youmans and wife Angie of Baxley, Amanda Edwards and husband Jeffery, and Jennifer Corbitt and husband Andy, all of New Branch; two sisters, Donna Youmans, and Connie Sapp and husband Danny, all of New Branch; ten grandchildren, Skylar, Hunter, A.J., Katie, Adam, Becca, Garrett, Jacob, Trent and Kylee; three great-grandchildren, Kensleigh, Lani and Jax; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday morning from 10:00 until just prior to the service.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, June 22nd, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
