Patricia (Sikes) Beasley

Mrs. Patricia Sikes Beasley, age 64, of Oak Park, died Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Doctors Hospital in Augusta following an extended illness.  She was a native of Burke County, growing up in Waynesboro, and she attended Burke County High School.  She moved to Emanuel County and lived in Oak Park most of her life.  She was a loving foster parent for many years; she worked at Emanuel County Middle School and was Police and Records Clerk for the City of Oak Park.  She attended Memorial Chapel Church of God in Oak Park, and she enjoyed fishing, traveling, cooking, and gardening.  Her husband, Arnold Franklin Beasley; parents, Arthur Sikes, Jr. and Marilyn Sanders Poole; one brother, Thomas “Tommy” Poole; and two sisters, Sarah Sikes and Mary Sikes, precede her in death.

Her family includes nine children, Jessica Beasley of Oak Park, Calvin Beasley and wife Jaime of Lyons, Amanda Knott and husband Eddie, Tyler Beasley, and wife Caitlin, Lacey Beasley, all of Swainsboro, Anastasia Beasley of Pooler, Greg Beasley, C.J. Beasley, and Dalton Beasley, all of Oak Park; thirteen grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and foster children, including a devoted nephew, Charlie Alyea and wife Donna of Oak Park.

The family will receive friends at funeral home on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.

The funeral service will be Saturday, February 8th, 2025, at 11:00 at the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Bishop Eddie Knott and Pastor Dale Hoffman officiating.  Burial will follow at Kirby Family Cemetery near Oak Park.

Pallbearers are Jacob Knott, Bradley Justice, Caleb Knott, Billy Beasley, Jr., Cody Atkinson, and Elias Bedgood.
