Pamela Diane Connell

Pamela Diane Connell, age 64, of Milledgeville, died Saturday, April 20, 2024, from injuries sustained in a fire at her home.  She was born June 5, 1959 in Vidalia to her mother Joyce Connell Ramey and father Hershel Casper “H.C.”  Connell.  She was a homemaker and Baptist by faith. 

Her family includes her daughter, Stephanie Davis of North Carolina and Justin Lee of California; two sisters, Vicky Connell Daniels and husband Tommy of Clark Hill Lake, Georgia, and Michele Connell Holloway and husband Bob of Huntsville, Alabama; proud grandmother of four grandchildren, David Newman, Patrick Newman, Cristie Newman, and Stearna Hall; eight beautiful great-grandchildren; and her long-time best friend, Jessica McCumbers Hall and husband Greg of Savannah and their daughter Alyssa.

A memorial service will be Saturday, April 27th, at 12:00 noon at Bear Creek Baptist Church, 1604 Bear Creek Road, Mt. Vernon, GA 30445.  Pastor Owen Waters will officiate.  Burial will follow next to her father at Bazel Connell Cemetery.

Friends and family are invited to stay for lunch following the service.
