Maria Dykes

Maria Dykes, age 31, of Vidalia, died Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Optim Medical Center in Reidsville after a sudden illness.  She was a native of Toombs County and lived all her life in Vidalia.  Earlier in her life, she attended First Assembly of God, and she enjoyed fishing.  She is preceded in death by her father, Dale Dykes.

Her family includes two sons, Ryan Dykes and Kolton Dykes; her mother, Judy Rollins Dykes; six siblings, Shawn Dykes and wife Trina, Jammie Dykes, Kevin Dykes, Amanda Dykes, Billy Dykes and Mariana Dykes, all of Vidalia; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Natoshia King.

A memorial service will be Wednesday morning, August 10th at 11:00 in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Gabbard officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until just prior to the service.
