Mrs. Linda M. Mosley, age 75 of the Blue Ridge Community, died Friday, October 3, 2025, at East Georgia Medical Center in Statesboro. She was a native of Toombs County, a 1968 graduate of Lyons High School, and earned an Associate Degree in Business in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She lived in Blue Ridge most of her life, she was a homemaker and Baptist by faith. She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, feeding birds, she loved animals, and supported her grandchildren in Toombs County sporting events. She is preceded in death by her husband forty-six years, Lamar Mosley; and parents, William P. Moore and Ruby Samples Moore.
She is survived by four children, Keith Mosley and wife Juana of Santa Claus, Brian Mosley of Blue Ridge, Jamey Gates and wife Allison of Cedar Crossing, and Lagena Whitaker and husband Jamie of Vidalia; one sister, Patricia Rickter and husband Steve of Blue Ridge; eight grandchildren, Emilee Whitaker, Austin Mosley, Lily Mosley Tatum and husband Brannen, Allie Whitaker, Jamison Gates, Ava Mosley, Kipp Mosley, and Payton Mosley; several nieces and nephews; and her grandfurbaby, Chief.
The funeral service will be held on Monday afternoon, October 6th, 2025, at 3:00 in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Steven Toole officiating. Burial will follow at Lyons City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 1:00 until just prior to the service.
