Ms. Linda Faye Owsley, age 67, of Cedar Crossing, died Friday, August 28, 2020, at her home after a brief illness. She was a native of Cedar Crossing where she lived most of her life and was a 1971 graduate of Toombs Central School where she also had perfect attendance. She worked at Savannah Luggage and Tumi most of working life, and she attended Cedar Crossing Baptist Church. She collected unicorns and enjoyed fishing and computer games. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howell Rollins and Onie Mae Lynn Rollins.
Ms. Owsley is survived by one daughter, Tonya R. Owsley; three grandchildren, Logan Cribbs, Dakota Cribbs and Nathan Williams; three sisters, Shirley Dees of Cedar Crossing, Sandra Lanier and husband Gary of Statesboro, and Betty Ann NeeSmith of Cedar Crossing; one brother, Randy Rollins and wife Alicia of Cedar Crossing; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 2:00 until just prior to the service.
The funeral service will be held Monday, August 31st, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Reverend Rusty Wooten and Pastor Reece Mincey officiating.
