L.C. Patrick

Mr. Lawrence Chester “LC” Patrick, age 64, of Vidalia, died Monday, February 3, 2025, at his residence after an extended illness.  He was a lifelong resident of Toombs County and attended Toombs County schools.  He was a painter, working for Bennie Jernigan for several years and served in the U.S. National Guard.  He enjoyed yard work, flowers, and cooking for his family.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Bryant Jones; and stepmother, Margie Higgs Patrick.

His family includes three children, Wendy Patrick of Vidalia, Chester Patrick and wife Marisol of Statesboro, and Allison Patrick and Jimmy Weeks, Jr. of Glenwood; his father, Charlie Patrick; two brothers, Ray Patrick and wife Carolyn of Vidalia, and Earnie Patrick of Lumber City; two sisters, Kathy Leggett and Katherine Health and husband Robbie, all of Vidalia; one stepsister, DiAnne Link and husband Mike of Vidalia; one stepbrother, Andrew Jarriel and wife Debbie of Rock Hill, South Carolina; nine grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A private family service will be held later at Lyons City Cemetery.
