Mrs. Krystal Faircloth MacDonald, age 47, of Vidalia, died Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at her home after a sudden illness. She was a native of Toombs County and lived there and Montgomery County all of her life. She was a homemaker, and she enjoyed flower decorating, crocheting, traveling, all genres of music, collecting turtles and dolphins, watching the Discovery channel, Elvis memorabilia, painting lighthouses for her yard, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Her family includes her husband of thirty years, Ray MacDonald of Vidalia; five children, Elizabeth Lee-Ann Faircloth and wife Nicole of Erwin, North Carolina, Raymond MacDonald, Jr. and wife Sierra, Richard MacDonald and fiancé Tykeyia Smith, all of Vidalia, Felicia Merritt and wife Brittany of Snow Hill, North Carolina, and Matthew MacDonald and wife Jennifer of Turkey, North Carolina; four siblings, Amanda Swinton and Shan McRae of Lyons, James Faircloth and wife Leslie of Lyons, Melisa Childs of Vidalia and Debra Kight of Georgia; nine grandchildren, Raylan, Raylyn, Scarlett, Tara’lyn, Aidan, Rylo, Kyleigh, Hunter, and Miracle; one great-grandchild, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
The funeral service is Saturday afternoon, March 29th, 2025 at 3:00 in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Reece Mincey officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 until just prior to the service.
