Kenneth Jackson Obituary

Vidalia,

Mr. Kenneth L. Jackson, 80, of Vidalia, died Tuesday, October 23, 2018, in Meadows Health in Vidalia, after an extended illness.  He was a native of Belleview, Florida and lived most of his life in Vidalia.  He was a security guard at Piggly Wiggly warehouse, and was Church of God by faith.  He was preceded in death by his wife Thelma Lewis Jackson; parents, Otis Odell Jackson and Annie Laura Hutcheson Jackson; one sister Jeanette Jackson Faircloth; and three brothers, Aubrey Jackson, Loutrell Jackson, an infant brother; and his Step-mother, Evie Morris Jackson. 

Kenneth is survived by one sister, Bonnie Kersey Cranmer and husband Frank of Reidsville; one step-daughter, Marilyn Waters and husband Ronnie of Normantown; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 27th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Reverend Dannie Williams officiating.  Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
