Juanita (Webster) Hickman

Mrs. Juanita Webster Hickman, age 92, of Lyons, died Friday, October 22, 2021, at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital in Vidalia after a sudden illness.  She was a native of Lake City, South Carolina, living in Charleston, South Carolina forty-five years before moving to Lyons in 2000.  Mrs. Hickman retired from Amer Tobacco Company and Siebe North, Inc. of Mt. Pleasant.  She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, and was formerly a member of the First Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. Hickman; two sons, Donald Hickman and Richard Hickman; one daughter, Vicki Hickman Collins;  parents, Cleo Mcelwyne Webster and Bessie Mae Hatchell; and a brother, C.M. Webster.

Her family includes two daughters, Yvonne Hickman Sapp of Lyons, and Nancy Wade of Tennessee; three sons, Dannie Hickman and wife Donna of Greenville, South Carolina, Harold Hickman, Jr. and fiancé Sarah of Burnsville, North Carolina, and Mickey Hickman of Valdosta; fifteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from noon until just prior to the service. 

The funeral service will be Monday, October 25th, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Reverend Randy McDuffie and Pastor Bobby Thompson officiating.
