Obituary
Mr. John Schreck, “the legend”, age 88, of Vidalia, died Thursday, March 2, 2023, at his residence under the care of Solace Hospice. He was born in Iowa and lived most of his life in Vidalia. He was a builder by nature and loved using that talent to create many things. He lived a frugal life so that he could benefit others. He found much satisfaction in the work he put forth to make his visions become reality. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Schreck and Gladys Kilkenny Schreck.
His family includes several favored friends who he considered family.
Celebration of life services will be held at a later date.
