Frances (Williamson) Hart

Mrs. Frances Williamson Hart, age 88, of the Center Community, died Wednesday, March 18, 2020, in Oxley Park Health and Rehab in Lyons, after an extended illness.  She was a native of Oak Park and in 1950, married her late husband of sixty-four years, Henry Hart.  During his time in the Army they lived in several places around the world and in 1990 moved to Toombs County.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents Priest Williamson and Laura Agerton Williamson; and thirteen brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Hart is survived by one son David Hart and wife Judy; two grandchildren, Julie Hart Newsome and husband Steven, and Davey Hart and wife Laura; five great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Zachary, Raegan, Tyson and Morgan, all of the Center Community; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside funeral service was held Friday, March 20th, at 3:00 p.m. in Lakeview Memorial Gardens with Reverend Randy McDuffie officiating.
