Everett D. Anderson

Mr. Everett D. Anderson, age 61, of Savannah, died Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Jesup after a brief illness.  He was a native of Atlanta, growing up in Alma, and he lived in Savannah for the past fifteen years.  He attended Bacon County High School.  Everett was a truck driver and carpenter.  He enjoyed fishing, especially at Morgan’s Lake.  He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Anderson and mother, Christine Bratcher McGinnis. 

His family includes two children, Teala Collins and husband Tom of Allenhurst, and Aaron C. Anderson of Nichols; one sister, Selina A. Chambers and husband Randy of Higgston; one brother, Tom Mitchell Anderson and wife Samantha of Alma; and one granddaughter.

Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home of Vidalia is in charge of arrangements.
