Dorothy Elmira (Holmes) Frailey

Mrs. Dorothy Elmira Holmes Frailey, age 83, of Vidalia, died Monday, July 22, 2019, in Meadows Health in Vidalia, after an extended illness.  She was a native of Lyons and lived in Vidalia most of her life.  She worked at Rosebud Manufacturing in Vidalia for many years and was of the Church of God faith.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Willis Daniel Holmes and Flora Bell James Holmes; and three brothers, Bill Holmes, Frank Holmes and Henry Holmes.

Mrs. Frailey is survived by one daughter, Pat Frailey White of Vidalia; one sister, Rose Musgrove and husband Ronnie of Vidalia; one brother, Jim Holmes and wife Pat of Higgston; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. in the Hardens Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Brad Boatright officiating.
