Mrs. Bonnie Ford Toler, age 73, of Vidalia, died Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Community Hospice House in Vidalia after an extended illness. She was a native of Appling County and a 1970 graduate of Appling County High School. After graduating high school, Bonnie moved to Toombs County and worked for Oxford Industries, Raiford Printing, the Toombs County Clerk of Courts and was clerk for Toombs County Magistrate Court Judge Ezra J. Aaron. She was a member of North Thompson Baptist Church, and she enjoyed flowers, animals, especially cats and dogs, and going to the mountains.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Floyd Ford, Sr. and Lula Mae Driggers Ford; and five brothers, William F. Ford, Jr., Jack Ford, Lamar Ford, Coy Ford, and Laverne Ford.
She is survived her husband of thirty-one years, Allen F. Toler of Vidalia; daughter, Rebecca O’Neal of Nebraska; nephew, Brandon L. Phillips of Vidalia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service was held on Tuesday morning, January 13th, 2026, at 11:00 in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Reece Mincey and Pastor Joe Phillips officiating. Interment followed at North Thompson Baptist Church Cemetery.
