Mr. Billy Clark, age 74, of Vidalia, died Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Meadows Park Health & Rehab in Vidalia following an extended illness. He was a lifelong resident of Toombs County and member of New Beginning Church of God in Lyons. Billy enjoyed fishing and camping at the Ohoopee River.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Clark; father, A.D. Clark; mothers, Alla Lee Rauton Clark and Dealva F. Jones; sister, Patricia “Trish” Clark Freeman; and brother, Larry Dale Clark.
He is survived by his daughter, Sheri Perry & husband David; of St. Augustine, Florida; four brothers, James Clark of Vidalia, Jimmy Clark of Glennville, Theron Clark of Vidalia, and Thereon “Bo” Clark of South Thompson; four sisters, Deloris Clark Brooks of Vidalia, Marsha C. Teston of Dublin, Clara C. Brooks of Vidalia, and Sharon Clark NeeSmith of Savannah; four grandchildren, Lauren N. Mayes, Christopher C. Mayes, Haley M. Mayes, and Jonathan Clark; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will have a celebration of life in the spring at the Ohoopee River.
The family would also like to extend a very special thank you to Billy's niece, JoAnn Clements for all of her tireless help and support every day. Because of you, he smiled every single day.
