Betty Jean (Patrick) Hargrove

Betty Jean Patrick Hargrove, 78, of Vidalia, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2018, in Surprise, Arizona.  She was a native of Toombs County, living there, Jacksonville, Florida, Texas, California, and in Surprise, Arizona for the past two and a half years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Eugene Hargrove; two sons, Michael Anthony Hargrove and Stephen Carl Hargrove; parents, George Washington Patrick and Murttie Randall Patrick; and eight siblings, Isadore Patrick, Virgil Patrick, DL Patrick, George Patrick, Jr. Charles Patrick, Carrie Mae Stanfield, Lottie Jane Harrell and Coreese Hickox.

Mrs. Hargrove is survived by her daughters, Melissa F. Uilkie and Debra Piazza and husband Jody; three grandchildren, Lucas Uilkie, Michele Riddick and husband Andrew, and Christopher Piazza and wife Summer; great-grandchildren, Kailyn Riddick, Neriah Riddick, and Jersey Riddick; and former son-in-law, Kevin Uilkie; one brother, Cleo Patrick and wife Betty; and several nieces and nephews

The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 11th at 12:00 Noon in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Poppell officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10:00 until just prior to the service.
