Beth (Page) Holland

Ms. Beth Page Holland, age 75, of Lyons, died Sunday, October 4, 2020, in the Community Hospice House in Vidalia, after an extended illness.  She was a native of Lyons, a 1963 graduate of Lyons High School and lived in Lyons most of her life.  She was a licensed practical nurse and was a graduate of South Georgia Technical College.  She worked in various hospitals, including Americus, Augusta and Lyons.  She was a homemaker after her nursing career.  She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church of Lyons and was a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Lyons.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking and animals.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul E. Page and Jane D. Page; and one sister, Paula Page. 

Ms. Page is survived by one daughter, Chanda Lea Holland Phillips and husband Greg; two grandchildren, Brenton Phillips and Braylea Phillips, all of Albany; one brother, Tim Page of Lyons; one sister, Becky Maccuch of Milledgeville; two nieces, Christy Maccuch and Linda Hansel and husband Shawn; and her long-time companion, Larry Cowart.

A graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, October 8th, at 4:00 p.m. in Lyons City Cemetery with Pastor Glenn Russell officiating.
