Barbara (Flack) McClish

Barbara Flack McClish, age 91, of Cobbtown, died Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Azalea Health & Rehab in Metter following a brief  illness. She was raised in southern Ohio, but was born Indianapolis, Indiana. After marriage, she moved to Ft. Myers, Florida in 1964, where she raised her family. In 2009, she moved to Cobbtown. She was a member of Connors Baptist Church where she was active in women’s ministry and served as church treasurer. She was an avid reader, and she enjoyed embroidering and playing Bingo. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Salli J. Edgar, and parents, Paul Stanley Flack and Mildred Irene Ferry Flack.

She is survived by three children, Paula S. Linsenbach and Lori A. Bishop, both of Cobbtown, and Terry A. Ferguson of Texas; seven grandchildren, Christina Coleman, Margaret Jean Landers, Tiffany Linsenbach, Brad Bishop, Cristian Linsenbach, Kyle Linsenbach, and Bryan Bishop; and ten great-grandchildren. 

A memorial service will be held at Connors Baptist Church on Saturday afternoon, October 25th, 2025, at 3:00.
