Vidalia,
Mrs. Sue Willis, age 71, of Vidalia, died Sunday, February 11, 2018 at The Oaks Bethany in Vidalia, after an extended illness. She was a native of Ft. Lonesome, Florida and lived most of her life in the Tampa Bay area before moving to Vidalia in 1993. She enjoyed playing bingo, bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a homemaker, Baptist by faith, and was preceded in death by her parents, Cleo and Leo Albritton; and two brothers, Tommy Albritton, and Burton Albritton and wife Jeanette.
Mrs. Willis is survived by her husband of forty-eight years, Larry Willis; four children, Martha Willis, Margie Willis Reaves and husband Randy all of Vidalia, Stacey Willis Nichols and husband Nick of Brunswick, and Melissa Willis Cartrette and husband Clint of Statesboro; one sister, Betty McMillan; one brother, Michael Leo Albritton both of Norfolk, Virginia; five grandchildren, Kyle Willis, Matthew Reaves, Laura Cartrette, Lily Nichols, and Emily Cartrette, and several nieces and nephews.
The memorial service will be held Friday, February 16th at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening from 4:00 until just prior to the service.
The honorary pallbearers are Darryl Willis, Alan Willis, Matthew Reaves, and Kyle Willis.
