Sue (Webber) Manley

Mrs. Sue Webber Manley, age 79, of Vidalia, died Monday, January 21, 2019, in the Community Hospice House in Vidalia, after an extended illness.  She was a native of Toombs County, living in Tampa, Florida most of her life, and returned to Toombs County in 2014.  She was secretary at West Gate Baptist Church in Tampa for several years, and was Baptist by faith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Manley; parents, Samuel Edgar Webber and Ellen Evelyn NeeSmith Webber; a brother, Pearson Edgar “Mark” Webber; and a sister, Vivian Ann Drumm.

Mrs. Manley is survived by one sister, Jearldine Scheir of Vidalia; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral service will be held Friday, January 25th at 12:00 Noon in the Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church with Reverend Michael Kennedy and Reverend Daniel Webber officiating.  Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church on Friday morning from 11:00 until just prior to the service.
