Mrs. Sharon Brown, age 64, of Vidalia, died Friday, January 18, 2019 at her home, after an extended illness. She was a native of Leesburg, Florida and moved to Montgomery County in 1991. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, James K. “Slap” Clements and Madeline Lay Clements; one brother, Timmy Clements; one sister, Ginger Claxton; one niece, Angela Foskey Hart; and one brother in law, Ricky Claxton.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her long time companion, Kenneth Brown of Groveland, Florida; three daughters, Penny Brown of Vidalia, Brandy Brown of Abilene, Texas, and Kelly Brown of Sumterville, Florida; two sisters, Darlene Foskey and husband Hal of Uvalda, and Debbie Chancey and husband Kayo of Palatka, Florida; two granddaughters, Hunter Milliron and husband David, and Harley Stanfield and longtime companion DJ Peterson of all Cobbtown; two grandsons, Waylon Haggard of Leesburg, Florida and Logan Brown of Canton; several nieces and nephews; and also a best friend, Marilyn Denmark of Cedar Crossing.

The graveside service will be held Sunday, January 20th at 3:00 p.m. in the Uvalda City Cemetery with Pastor Reece Mincey officiating.
