Vidalia,
Pam Shuman Horne, age 60, of Vidalia, died Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in Meadows Health in Vidalia, after an extended illness. She was a native of Vidalia where she lived most of her life and was a 1976 graduate of Vidalia Comprehensive High School. She was payroll administrator for BE & K Construction Company in Charlotte, North Carolina and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Vidalia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Horne; and her father, Shadrach Shuman.
Mrs. Horne is survived by her mother, Betty Fountain Shuman of Vidalia; one sister, Kim Shuman Rigsby and husband Mark of Charlotte, North Carolina; two brothers, Randy Shuman and wife Lisa of Union Point, and Robert Shuman and Teresa of Normantown; two aunts, Mary Yawn of Vidalia, and Ginger Shuman Clark and husband Pete of Hinesville; and ten nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, July 12th, at 11:00 a.m. in the Pinecrest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Pinecrest Cemetery Friday morning from 10:00 until just prior to the service.
