Eatonton,

Mrs. Margaret Rhodes Winn, known to loved ones and friends as Peggy, of Eatonton, passed away Monday, August 14, 2017 at the age of 71.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  She always put everyone else before herself.  She was an avid golf and bridge player where she met so many great people that she considered extended family.  The love and kindness she shared will always be the hearts of everyone she touched. 

Peggy is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, Hewell, her mother Margaret Rhodes, her two daughters Dana Winn and Christy Anthony and her husband Walter, her brother William F. “Billy” Rhodes, and two nieces Lisa and Whitney.

A celebration of life, in memory of Peggy, will be held Saturday, September 16th at 11:00 a.m. in the First United Methodist Church of Greensboro, 4741 Carey Station Road, Greensboro GA 30642 with Reverend David Keys officiating.  A second celebration of life will be held Sunday, September 17th at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Reverend Don Moye and Reverend Trent Akins officiating.
