Lyons,
Mr. James P-John Norfleet, age 53, of the Johnson Corner Community, died Friday, July 20, 2018, at his home, after a sudden illness. He was a native Toombs County, and lived in Johnson Corner all of his life. He was a 1982 graduate of Toombs Central High School, was in the logging business most of his life, and was the owner P-John Logging. He attended the Edmond Chapel Church of God, and was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Denmark; and a sister, Debbie Sanders.
Mr. Norfleet is survived by his father, Ralph Denmark of Johnson Corner; three brothers, Melvin Denmark and wife Michelle of Higgston, Mark Denmark, and Benjie Denmark and wife Kristi; one brother-in-law, John Sanders, all of Johnson Corner; five nieces and nephews, Melayna, Katie, Hope, Bradley, and Cole; and numerous cousins.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 24th at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Reece Mincey officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 until just prior to the service.
