Mrs. Grace Wheeler Wrenn, age 68, of Vidalia, died Monday, January 8, 2018, in the Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia, after a sudden illness.  She was a native of Vidalia, and lived there most of her life.  She was a licensed cosmetologist, a homemaker, and was Pentecostal by faith.  She was preceded in death by parents, Jess Willard Wheeler and Louise Simmons Wheeler.

Mrs. Wrenn is survived by her husband, Gene Wrenn of Vidalia; one daughter, Sue warren and husband Richard of Cobbtown; one brother, James Wheeler and wife Marie of Vidalia; two sisters, Jan Wheeler Reynolds and husband Wayne, and Ann Wheeler Drake, all of Canton; two grandchildren, Morgan Lacey Wampler and husband Justus of Glennville, and William Joseph Lacey of Cobbtown; one great-grandson, Tripp Hallman; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 10th at 11:00 a.m. in Pinecrest Cemetery with Reverend Rick Jones officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 9:30 until 10:30.
