Cedar Crossing Community,
Mr. George H. Warren, age 72, of the Cedar Crossing Community, died Monday, April 22, 2019, at his home, after a sudden illness. He was a lifelong resident of Toombs County. Early in his life, George was a builder and carpenter, and was the owner of Warren Trucking. He was preceded in death by a son, George Warren, Jr.; parents, Aldon Warren and Billie Polk Sapp; and one brother, James Solomon Partin, Jr.
Mr. Warren is survived by two daughters, Lesley Marshall and husband Philip of Fort Worth, Texas, and Tina Sartain and husband Monty of Krum, Texas; two brothers, Danny Polk and wife Linda of Walthourville, and Jeff Polk of Miami, Florida; one sister: Sue Warren Pereles; three grandchildren, Allyson Garcia, Rodney “Bubba” Garcia, Jr., and Kenzie Sartain; and nieces and nephews, Michelle Morris, Gregory Polk, Crystal Goode, Robert Polk, Richard Jay Wideman, Amber Horsley, and Jimmy Pereles.
There will be no services.
