Gary "Reb" Craft

Mr. Gary “Reb” Craft, age 72, of Uvalda, died Monday, March 25, 2024, at Memorial Health in Savannah.  He was born May 5, 1951 to the late Wedrell Finn Craft and Ruby Kate Lumley Craft.  He lived in Uvalda all of his life, and he was a 1969 graduate of Montgomery County High School.  He worked for Moses Grass Company for several years, Dick Carroll Construction for fifteen years, and was an owner with his two brothers in the family business, Triple C Flooring.  He was a member of Charlotte Church, and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, was an animal lover, and an avid sports fan.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Wonell Craft Franklin and Sonja Craft Williams; and one brother, Greg Craft.

His family includes three brothers, Jrell Craft and wife Barbara of Uvalda, Ronald Craft and wife Tammy of the Center Community, and Shawn Craft of Uvalda; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, March 27th, at 12:00 noon at Cedar Crossing Baptist Church with Pastor Reece Mincey officiating.  Burial will follow at Moseley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Cedar Crossing Baptist Church from 11:00 until just prior to the service.
