Mr. Tony Hutcheson, age 57, of the South Thompson Community, died Saturday, November 19, 2016, in Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, after an extended illness.  He was born in Eustis, Florida and lived most of his life in Toombs County.  He was a welder and pipefitter, and was co-owner of Southeast Metal Works.  He attended the Worldwide Church of God in Dublin, and was a scripturalist.  He enjoyed the outdoors, including hunting and fishing.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Daisy Gray Hutcheson.

Mr. Hutcheson is survived by his wife, Ann Hutcheson of South Thompson; two sons, Logan Hutcheson of South Thompson and Jason Hutcheson of Vidalia; two daughters, Jamie Hackle of Collins and Kacy Smith of Baxley; his father, Rayford Hutcheson of Soperton; one sister, Cindy Hutcheson of Orlando, Florida; three brothers, Tim Hutcheson of Winter Park and Tom Hutcheson of Orlando, Florida, and Nathan Hutcheson of Missouri; nine grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 22nd at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Elwood Woodcock officiating.  Burial will follow in the Hutcheson Cemetery in Treutlen County.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
