Mr. Robert Weatherford, age 74, of Santa Claus died Wednesday, July 29, 2015 in his home after an extended illness. He was a native of Palm Beach, Florida and spent most of his life in Riviera, Florida before moving to Santa Claus in 1979. He was Baptist by faith and was preceded in death by his parents, Berlin and Inez Weatherford; and grandmother, Susan C. Weatherford.

Mr. Weatherford is survived by one brother, Charles Weatherford of Santa Claus; and ten first cousins.

The graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, August 1st at 10:15 am in Pinecrest Cemetery with Reverend Keith Horton officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9:00 until 10:00.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society at 201 S Main St. Suite A, Statesboro, Georgia 30458.
