Mrs. Nadine Cox Toole, age 87, of the Johnson Corner Community, died Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at home, after a brief illness.  She was a native of Toombs County, and lived in the Johnson Corner Community most of her life.  She was a member of the Edmond Chapel Church of God, and was a former Sunday school teacher.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Walton Toole; a grandson, Avery Toole; parents, A.B. Cox and Molly Anderson Cox; and a brother, Wilton Cox.

Mrs. Toole is survived by three children, David Toole and fiancé Dina of Johnson Corner, Danny Toole and wife Laura of Lyons, and Peggy Snow and husband Bryan of Johnson Corner; five siblings, Thad Cox and wife Sadie of Pooler, Walton “Pet” Cox and wife Ann of Savannah, Freda Todd and husband Jesse of the Toombs Central Community, Mollie Hobbs of Savannah, and Bennie Cox and wife Elaine of Oak Park; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 28th at 2:00 p.m. in the Edmond Chapel Church of God with Reverend R.M. Warren and Jesse Todd officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Pastor John Wayne Owens.

The family will receive friends at Edmond Chapel Church of God on Saturday afternoon from 12:00 until just prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Edmond Chapel Church of God, 2350 Hwy 56 East, Lyons GA 30436.
