Uvalda,

Mrs. Laura Caudill Stanley, age 57, of Uvalda died Friday, May 20, 2016 in The Oaks at Bethany in Vidalia, after an extended illness.  She was a native of Miami, Florida and lived most of her life in Williston, Florida before moving to the Vidalia area in 2007.  She was preceded in death by her father and step-mother, Jack and Estelle Caudill; mother and stepfather, Margaret and Lloyd Lynch; brother, Tom Caudill; step-brother, Richard Lynch; son-in-law, Ronnie Dan Metts; and brother-in-law, William Turner.

Mrs. Stanley is survived by one daughter, Heather C. Johnson and husband Jeff of Uvalda; grandchildren, Madison Metts, Jenica Metts, Zaran Metts, Dagan Fisher Metts; one sister, Canduis Turner of Williston, Florida; one brother, Kelly Lynch and wife Linda of Guysville, Ohio; and several step-brothers, step-sisters, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 25th at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 2:00 until just prior to the service.
