Lyons,

Mrs. Jenifer Banks, age 46, of Lyons, died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Serenity Place in Dublin, after an extended illness. She was a lifelong resident of Toombs County and homemaker. She loved her family and welcomed anyone into her home. She was preceded in death by parents, George and Elizabeth Banks and one sister, Penny S. Banks.

Mrs. Banks is survived by her husband, Jorge Garcia of Lyons; nine children, Eric Nunez, Edgar Nunez both of Atlanta, Pepe Nunez, Jacquline Nunez-Rodriquez, Emilio Nunez, Camilo Gomez, Dalia Banks, Larry Vasquez, and Lorenzo Vasquez; one brother, Edward Banks all of Lyons; six grandchildren, Viviana Rodriquez, Madgalena Rodriquez, Noelia Rodriquez, Aiden Nunez, Natalia Nunez, and Elias Nunez.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, March 25th at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Reverend Keith Kirkland and Mr. Jay Carter officiating. Burial will follow in North Thompson Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
