Hinesville,

Dallas Lane Kirkland, age five weeks, of Hinesville, died Thursday, January 22, 2015 at his home after a sudden illness.  He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Lesley Lee Nessmith and James Earl McKeehan; paternal great-grandparents, Ottie Lively and Kay Lively Nail.

Dallas is survived by his parents, Brian and Dakota Nessmith Kirkland of Hinesville; brother, Joseph Jackson Kirkland; paternal grandparents, Joey and Lisa Kirkland; maternal grandfather, Don Nessmith; maternal grandmother, Gwendolyn Sue McKeehan; paternal great-grandparents, Carlton Kirkland and Joyce Kirkland; maternal great-grandmothers, Sue Nell Nessmith and Emma Jean Johnson; aunts, Kayla Kirkland and Lacey Nessmith; one uncle, Tyler Kirkland; and several great-aunts and great-uncles.

The graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, January 25th at 3:00 p.m. in the Sunlight Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Cobbtown with Reverend Andy Allen and Reverend Gabe Gill officiating.
