Mr. Robert E. “Bobby” Joyner, age 47, of Vidalia, died Friday, June 24, 2016, from injuries received in an automobile accident in Emanuel County.  He was a lifelong resident of Toombs County, was a self-employed electrician and carpenter, and was Pentecostal by faith.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Dennis and Eva Grimley Joyner.

Mr. Joyner is survived by one sister, Diana Joyner; two brothers, Dennis “Beau” Joyner and Bennie Joyner, all of Vidalia; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
